2.1. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, as required by Montenegrin law for purchasing alcoholic beverages.
2.2. Prisma DOO reserves the right to cancel any order if age verification fails.

3. Ordering and payment

3.1. Orders are placed through the online shop by selecting products and completing the checkout process.
3.2. Payment methods include credit/debit cards.
3.3. All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT. Prisma DOO reserves the right to update prices at any time.

4. Delivery policy

4.1. Delivery coverage: Orders are delivered to all cities in Montenegro.
4.2. Delivery service: Shipments are handled by an independent courier service.
4.3. Delivery timeframe: Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the order date on working days. Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday.
4.4. Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday) between 08:00 and 18:00.
4.5. Receiving orders: Customers must provide accurate delivery details. If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery may be arranged with additional charges.

5. Returns and refunds

5.1. Returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Damaged or defective products upon arrival
• Incorrect items received
  5.2. Customers must notify Prisma DOO within 24 hours of receiving a defective or incorrect order.
  5.3. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 working days after verification of the issue.

6. Data protection & GDPR compliance

6.1. Prisma DOO collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of Montenegro.
6.2. Personal data (such as name, address, email, and payment details) is used solely for order processing and customer support.
6.3. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting office@wineofmontenegro.com.
6.4. Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties, except for logistics partners involved in order fulfillment.

7. Liability disclaimer

7.1. Prisma DOO is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances).
7.2. Prisma DOO is not liable for misuse of purchased products or damages resulting from incorrect storage.

8. Governing law & dispute resolution

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
8.2. Any disputes will be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Podgorica.
