Giljača winery is the first registered winery in this part of Boka, located in Grbalj, within the Boka Kotorska viticulture subregion, in the village of Ljesevići, Kotor municipality. The winery is renowned for its rich viticultural tradition, dating back to 2000 when the family began constructing a new cellar and acquiring modern winemaking equipment.

The Giljača family produces wines from 1,000 grapevines, with plans to expand production to ten times that number in the future. Currently, annual wine production ranges between 2,000 and 5,000 litres.

The winery prides itself on indigenous grape varieties such as Vranac, Kratošija, and Lisicina, alongside international varieties including Marselan, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Giljača winery crafts red, white, rosé wines, and traditional grape rakija.
