Winery Staucin

Nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Crmnica region, Winery Staciun carries on a winemaking tradition that dates back over a century. Officially established in 2022, the winery is built on the legacy of the Kapa family estate, where grape cultivation and winemaking have been a way of life for around 120 years.

Located in Limljani, within the Montenegrin Skadar Lake Basin, the winery benefits from a warm climate, an altitude of 350 meters, and mineral-rich clay soil—ideal conditions for growing premium grape varieties.

Spread across 2,000m², the vineyard cultivates both indigenous and international grape varieties, including Vranac, Marselan, Montepulciano, Kratošija, and Lisičina. The winery proudly produces Staciun 04 (100% Vranac), Studen (Shiraz, Marselan, Vranac), and Staciun Cuvée (Vranac, Marselan), each reflecting the unique terroir of the region.

Winery Staciun offers an immersive wine experience, from classic wine tastings and guided tours to food and wine pairings, vineyard work, and participation in the harvest. The winery is currently expanding, with the construction of a wine cellar featuring a professional kitchen and tasting room, along with two guest apartments for those wishing to extend their stay.

Future plans include planting an additional 3,000 vines, further enriching the winery’s offerings and ensuring even higher-quality wines. Visitors can enjoy tastings in Montenegrin, English, and German, while the winery also provides transportation for groups and private event organization.
