At Bogojević Winery, you’ll experience centuries-old winemaking traditions passed down through generations. The vineyard is organically cultivated without irrigation, focusing on quality over quantity, each vine produces only 0.5 to 1 kg of grapes. The result? Elegant wines and rakijas full of character. During your visit, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of seven distinct wines and three rakijas, including Decanter-awarded blends. The experience ends with a glass of your favorite selection.

You’ll tour the Bogojević family vineyard and winery, located on a scenic hillside. Learn about traditional Montenegrin winemaking methods, grape cultivation, and how organic practices shape the character of their wines. You’ll also visit the wine cellar where their award-winning blends mature.

What should I know before I go on Bogojević winery – wine & rakija tasting tour?

• Tasting is for adults (18+) only.
• Children may attend but are not allowed to consume alcohol. Juice or water will be offered.
• Free tap water is available.
• Minimum group size: 2 people
• Group size: to 15 people.
• Duration: not strictly limited, but usually around 2 hours.
• Pets are allowed.
• Summer tastings take place on the terrace (not wheelchair accessible).
• In winter, tastings are moved indoors to a wheelchair-accessible room.
• Tastings can be held in English or Serbian. Please request English in advance.
• Includes 7 wines and 3 rakijas – prior tasting experience is recommended.
• Car and minibus access is possible.
• Approx. 25 minutes by car from Podgorica city center.
• Nearby locations: Cetinje, Budva, Rijeka Crnojevića.
• You can taste the wines offered by the Bogojević Winery at two locations, the wine house in the old village of Staniseljići, on the main road Podgorica-Cetinje, as well as in the Bogojević wine bar in Rijeka Crnojevića (for groups, 30 people)
