DRAČEVICA OBOLON 0,75L
Obolon is an orange wine made from the rare and authentic Muscat Krokan grape—distinctive and refined, just like those seeking something different yet of exceptional quality. Unlike classic white wines, Obolon is created through extended fermentation with grape skins, lasting around 14 days, using only natural wild yeasts, without any additives or filtration. This slow, traditional process, where nature sets the pace, brings not only its signature color and texture, but also depth and complexity in flavor. The Muscat Krokan variety, originating from France and now rarely found, is known for its pronounced floral and fruity aromas. When used for orange wine, these aromas gain added richness and structure from prolonged skin contact. The name Obolon pays tribute to Oblun Fortress (Latin: Obolon), evoking strength, longevity, and a fortress of flavor that stands the test of time.
Tasting Notes:

- Aroma: Intense, featuring dried orange peel, delicate floral tones, and hints of spice.
- Palate: Dry and full-bodied, with pronounced natural tannins that give texture and depth. It is not light or commercial; it’s for those who appreciate layers of flavor and a genuine tactile wine experience.
