MOLA CHARDONNAY 0.75l

An exceptionally elegant and complex white wine, crafted from carefully selected grapes grown on the slopes of Mrki Krš (110–140 meters above sea level). The 2022 vintage presents a new expression of “Unique” Chardonnay – aged in new 225L acacia (Robinia) barrels, which lend the wine remarkable finesse and aromatic depth.

On the nose, it reveals pronounced aromas of peach jelly, gentle notes of dried apricots, and stone fruits. The palate is characterized by a full body, discreet sweetness, and a rich fruity character, complemented by subtle acacia nuances and hints of creamy tones. The finish is intense, persistent, and aromatic, with a beautifully balanced freshness and sweetness imparted by maturation in acacia barrels.

Food pairing: Perfectly pairs with white meats, chicken in cream sauces, roasted fish, aged cheeses, and refined pasta dishes.
