Racković winery

Nestled on the slopes of the village of Beri, known for its excellent viticultural conditions, Racković winery is a family-run winery where tradition, knowledge, and love for the vine are passed down through generations.

With approximately 5,000 vines on nearly one hectare of land, the Racković family vineyard cultivates indigenous Montenegrin varieties such as Vranac and Kratošija, as well as international ones like Pinot Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wines are made exclusively from estate-grown grapes, and every step is handled with great care. The whole family is involved in the winery, and tastings are held in a cozy, intimate setting that welcomes guests seeking authenticity, quality, and the spirit of true family winemaking.

Wines of Racković winery

The wines of Winery Racković carry the label “Unikat” and they truly are unique. Produced in small batches, each bottle tells its own story of the land, the sun, and the people of Beri:

Racković Unikat Barrique – A barrel-aged Vranac, full-bodied with aromas of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of vanilla. Long on the palate, with rounded tannins and an elegant finish.

Racković Unikat Vranac – A classic red Vranac with a strong character and deep ruby color. Intense fruit aromas and freshness derived from the Beri terroir make it a perfect match for meat dishes.

Racković Unikat Pinot Blanc – A dry white wine with a brilliant hue, offering notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers. Elegant and refreshing, ideal for light Mediterranean meals.

Racković Rose Unicat – a fresh and elegant Montenegrin rosé, crafted from carefully selected grapes to deliver a harmonious balance of vibrant fruit aromas and a crisp, refined finish.

Facilities and activities of Racković winery

Racković winery offers to guests an authentic, homestyle wine experience. Visits are organized for small groups in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Tasting room and wine tasting

Wine tastings include four wines from the selection, paired with traditional bites. They are held in the family space where every guest is welcomed as a friend.

Wine tours

The winery organizes 4 wine tasting and local snacks guided tour, which includes vineyard walks, rakija welcome drink, tasting of four wines, traditional Montenegrin snacks and explanations of the production process, with the chance to hear family stories that add a special charm to each visit.

The winery produces limited quantities of wine, but focuses on quality and authenticity. Wines are sold in restaurants along the coast and in Podgorica, on the Wine of Montenegro wine shop, as well as directly at the winery’s shop.
