Rose wine made of the variety Cabernet Sauvignon, salmon coloured, enriched by shining copper tones. Lofty scent of white fruit, citrus fruit and ripe, forest
strawberry. On taste, it is juicy, refreshing, mineral, silky, opulent with a sweet, fruity aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: Dishes, made of red meat, smoked prosciutto, fatty river and lake fish, all roast and grill types, ripe, hard cheese
Blend of the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, made by the classical method of the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is light pink with the copper-like reflection, with pleasant and steady aromas of fresh fruit. On taste, very fruity with prevailing notes of strawberry and raspberry. Well balanced, fresh
and creamy.
FOOD PAIRING: This wine is an ideal accompaniment to salads, fish pâtés, shellfish, but also duck and pork dishes. It also goes well with chocolate desserts and fresh berries such as raspberries.
It is produced by the classic method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, by the varieties Chardonnay and autochthonous Montenegrin variety Krstač, grown in Ćemovsko polje only. On
nose, it is a playful wine with prevailing notes of: ripe apple, lychee, pear and white cherry.
The toasted almonds and hazelnuts emerge at the back of the palate. Elegantly balanced with prevailing notes of apple, pear and apricot. Fine effervescence ends in a thin and steady mousse.
FOOD PAIRING: Strong, fatty and well-spiced doshes, made of red meat, game meat, prosciutto and ripe, fatty cheese.
The wine Nota is the blend of two world known varieties which showed their full potential in Plantaže vineyards- Pinot Blanc 50% and Sauvignon Blanc 50%.
It is by manual, selective harvest of the grapes , cooling before being processed,that Plantaže keep the aromatic complex of ’divine nectar’, making wines in strictly controlled
conditions. Fermentation takes place in the inox vat and after that the wine has aged for 6 months in the French oak barriques.
Food pairing: Rich, aromatic complex of Nota matches pefectly various dishes, based on cheese, fish and seafood as well as grilled fish and smoked carp.
The wine has a straw yellow color, characteristic varietal aromas of: green apple, pear and pineapple with the tones of vanilla, marzipan and almonds,
the product of the tertiary oak aromas . Aging for one year in the best french oak barrels gives this wine rounded and full taste. This easy drinking wine has beautiful refreshing finish with the fine grapefruit notes.

Unique cuvee of two grape varieties Vranac and Petit Verdot, alluring us for years by their grandeur, was made of the selected harvest , covering less than 1 ha of the vineyard.
After fermentation in the oak big barrels, aging in the best French barriques as well as in a bottle, for a certain period of time,this wine, in matt violet colour, offers its subtle, tannin structure, customized to Vranac , following nicely the intense fruitiness, first of the ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry.
Food paring: It is recommended to be served with all types of beef steaks, stewed and roasted red meat, game meat. It matches pefectly with aged cheese
Dry wine with a colour of black cherry with purple shade. It features intense flavours of prunes, cherries and liquorice, well balanced with spicy notes, making it a classy and complex wine. The wine is full-bodied, with soft and sweet tannins and long fruity finish supported with delicate notes of vanilla and roasted coffee. A big wine with a distinct balanced taste.

In the wine making of Vranac Pro Corde a specifictechnological process is used, by which the contentof proanthocyanidols, the natural ingredients of
grapes whch have power to bind the free radicals and have beneficial effect on human body, has been increased. The wine is full bodied and strong, with distinct black berry fruits flavours, interwined with the notes of dried spicy herbs and coffee.

with a spicy goulash as well as with grilled tuna. It is exquisite with ripe, hard cheese.

blueberries and plums is intertwined with the nuances of over roasted coffee grains and tobacco. Powerful character, balanced and stable, with a great longevity potential.

The grapes for this wine originate from the best parcels plots of Ćemovsko polje. The aging period, lasting 18 months in the best French oak , resulted in the harmony of body fullness, flavours of ripe sour cherries and plums and spicy notes of vanilla stick. In the aftertaste perfectly velvety tannins are expressed, the product of the ideal synergy of our Vranac and oak.
